Company Leadership
Mr. Hartman is an experienced operating entrepreneur and pharmacy business owner spanning two decades. Keith founded and grew a chain of retail pharmacies, a compounding pharmacy, and two specialty pharmacies along with a long-term care pharmacy. All were built and grown under the guise of operational excellence and produced great results. Some were sold while others he still owns and provides limited strategic guidance as a member of the board of directors.
Keith graduated from the University of the Sciences with a degree in Pharmacy. Today he is still involved mentoring future pharmacists and pharmacy owners. He is a father of six children, private aviator, enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.
Chris Van Raam
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Van Raam is a pharmacy executive with over 10 years in the home infusion industry. His experience encompasses branch operations, specialty product management, and multi-site leadership. Chris has used process improvement techniques and strategic partnerships to achieve year over year growth in each position he has held.
Chris graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University. Chris enjoys hanging out with his wife and three daughters in his free time. His other passions are working out, visiting breweries with friends, and watching football.
Rachel Cohen
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel Cohen is the Chief Financial Officer at ContinuumRx and has extensive expertise in financial reporting, operational performance, and revenue cycle. With over ten years of experience in healthcare and home infusion, Rachel takes pride in providing meaningful data and collaborating with the operations and sales teams to drive positive financial performance. Prior to joining ContinuumRx, Rachel worked in auditing with a public accounting firm.
Rachel graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Information Systems. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Rachel loves traveling and cooking for her family and friends. She also enjoys knitting, reading, and running in her free time.
Michelle Goodin
Vice President of Human Resources
With more than 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Leader, Michelle Goodin’s professional background covers management, training, employee relations, counseling, compliance, onboarding, recruiting, compensation, as well as payroll and benefits. Prior to joining ContinuumRx in January 2010, Michelle was the Compensation Analyst and Payroll Manager at Emageon, Inc., a publicly traded medical imaging and software systems provider.
In addition to her time in the human resources field, Michelle has also held positions in the accounting and personnel departments of E.A. Renfroe & Company – a risk management company, as well as in the accounting departments of Drummond Corporation and HealthSouth, specializing in post-acute healthcare services. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and friends.
Mila Davis
Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Compliance
Mila Davis is a registered nurse with over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, encompassing critical care, hospice, and home infusion management.
Mila demonstrates leadership, vision, and confidence, which has led her to build successful nursing teams that share her commitment to patient satisfaction. She is a hands-on leader that creates open lines of communication and fosters inter-disciplinary teamwork within the organization. Combining her focus on clinical excellence, customer service, and team building, Mila drives consistent process improvements, quality assurance, and implementation of superior patient care.
Mila graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in Nursing and is currently working towards her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Mila enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and spoiling her grandson.
Melanie Cusmano
Vice President of Operations
Melanie Cusmano serves as ContinuumRx‘s Vice President of Operations and possesses a demonstrated history of working in healthcare. Melanie’s expertise in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, medication administration, Medicare, Medicaid, Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), and Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), brings a wealth of knowledge to ContinuumRx from all aspects of the industry.
Melanie graduated from Tusculum College with a Bachelor‘s degree in General Business Administration and Management. Melanie has been with ContinuumRx for over ten years and is an essential part of the company’s daily operations. Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter outside of her professional life. Her other passions include serving at her local church and scrapbooking.
Tim Nelson
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Admission Services
Tim Nelson is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in home infusion pharmacy management, sales, revenue cycle management, and vendor and partner relationships. Tim has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry, more than twenty of which have been dedicated to home infusion pharmacy ownership. Tim began his career in the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and DME business before transitioning into the newly emerging home infusion sector. Under Tim‘s leadership as CEO, his company grew from a start-up to the state’s largest independent home infusion company. Tim’s operational experience includes P&L management, budgeting, and performance improvement.
Tim is a previous recipient of Birmingham’s Top 40 Under 40 recognition. He is also a community advocate and is currently Chairman of the Shelby County Parks and Recreation Authority. Tim enjoys golf and spending time outdoors with friends, his wife of thirty years, and their two sons in his free time.
Ashley Pendergrass
Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy Operations
Ashley Pendergrass brings over ten years of pharmacy operations experience to ContinuumRx. Her dedication to outstanding patient care and extensive expertise in clinical excellence has helped build successful pharmacy teams throughout the organization. Ashley leverages her knowledge of pharmaceutical management, sterile compounding, specialty therapy, and clinical operations to advance patient safety and promote positive operational outcomes.
Ashley graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.

Rusty’s multifaceted expertise spans clinical practice, sales, operations, and ambulatory infusion suites. Holding PICC/midline certification underscores his dedication to professional growth and patient well-being.
Leveraging strategic alliances, Rusty enhances patient outcomes by facilitating seamless transitions from medical facilities to home comfort. Recognized for his collaborative approach, he garners accolades from both internal and external stakeholders. Rusty’s educational background includes marketing studies at the University of Alabama and a nursing degree from Bevill State, enriching his healthcare foundation. Committed to advancing the home infusion industry, Rusty’s blend of clinical insight and sales acumen remains invaluable.
